SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (contiguous U.S.). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are made-to-order and typically process in 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.

Shipping method & delivery estimates

Flat rate: $7.99 per order (U.S. only)

Carrier: USPS/UPS (varies by item & destination)

Typical transit: 3–7 business days after your order ships                                       

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can affect timing.

Address changes & undeliverable packages

Need to change your address? Email contact@faithstyles.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we’ll try to update it.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address, we can reship to a corrected address. Reship fee: $7.99.

Multiple items / split shipments
Items may ship separately to speed up delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each package.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors/household first and then email us. We’ll help open a carrier claim.

Damaged items on arrival
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email contact@faithstyles.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund per our Return Policy.

PO boxes / APO / FPO
USPS can deliver to most PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses; delivery may take a little longer.
