At FaithStyles, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple and stress-free.

Have your order number and email address handy to begin.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags/packaging.

No restocking fees.

What Can’t Be Returned

Final-sale items

Personalized or custom products

Opened candles or home fragrances

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? Submit a request via our Returns Center. If the item is in stock, we’ll process the exchange; if not, we’ll issue store credit or a refund per your preference.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days after the return is received for processing.

Original outbound shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping & Labels

For U.S. orders, eligible returns receive a prepaid USPS label via email through our Returns Center.

If a prepaid label is not available for your request, we’ll provide manual return instructions during the portal flow.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
