We can email a prepaid USPS label and deduct $7.99 from your refund upon request.
If your item is damaged/defective, we’ll repair/replace or refund at our cost (email photos within 7 days).
Exchanges Please place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.
Processing Time Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
